Location: in parks and halls around Berne

This event is in the past.

We play tennis, table tennis, badminton and squash. The exercise and fun are the most important things. It’s usually not competitive. Equipment can be provided.

Except for squash, we play doubles, at any level. We are usually in the Tivoli sports center in Worblaufen, in Thalmatt, or in Kehrsatz Sport Center. Costs are shared.

For badminton on Sunday afternoons at Tivoli, join the WhatsApp group www.tinyurl.com/ICB-Badminton

For outdoor games, join the WhatsApp group www.tinyurl.com/ICB-Rackets

We play table tennis at any open tables around Berne. This may be combined with a local walk.

We play any forms of outdoor badminton, and frisbee in open spaces in parks.

StreetRacket is quite an innovative, easy entry into racket sport with quick improvements seen in coordination, concentration, & coordination amongst others only requiring a very basic infrastructure set-up.
There is the ability to play / adapt cooperatively as well as competitively -> big advantages also in schools and with old and young, entry level and advanced alike!

From ndy -
Yippee - Tivoli is open again! However, for badminton, only singles is allowed, the changing rooms and showers are not available and you must use your own equipment such as shuttles and racquets.

Maybe playing park games in a spacious outside field such as Eichholz or Liebefeld Park would be a better alternative for now?

New rules: Badminton
- Eigenes Spielmaterial mitnehmen, Rackets, Shuttles
- Erscheinen Sie bereits umgezogen
- Racket selber mitbringen. Es werden keine Rackets ausgeliehen, jedoch werden günstige
Schläger zum Kauf angeboten

We wants to play badminton this Sunday 17 May? I can try and see if I can book a badminton court or maybe we could also play outdoor if it is allowed? All 4 Courts are free at the moment. Please register yourself before today evening. I have reserved 2 Courts at the moment. Satish

Wednesday: Today is the last call. Does anyone like to play badminton? 1 Court Left = 2 Players are welcomed
